We sell through dealers worldwide. Please select your region in the top menu and click on Dealers in the menu to find the dealer nearest you.

We offer 5 years warranty. Please visit our Warranty guide to see what is covered.

If you are missing any spare parts, kindly contact your local dealer or our Customer Service, specifying from the assembly instruction what is missing. For smaller spare parts we typically send them directly to you by post.

Further, we offer lifetime warranty on gears and slats on our Multifunctional series including Aslak, Balder, Colpus, Fraction, Frigga, Fuji, Junus, Mimer, Minimum, Rollo, Ronia, Skater, Vidar & Vili. By contacting your local dealer or by contacting our Customer Service, we can send you new gears or slats (not available in the US).

In the unlikely event of larger parts breaking, or if you need additional information in general, we kindly ask you to contact the dealer where you bought your sofa.

Most cushion covers are stored inside the seat of your sofa bed. Simply unzip the seat and find the covers. This applies to the following products:

Cubed, Ghia, Zeal, Rollo, Frode, Recast Plus, Sly, Osvald, Tripi, Eluma Deluxe Button, Trym, Idun, Bragi, Bifrost D.E.L., Cassius D.E.L., Supremax D.E.L.

In the unlikely event that your cover is missing, please contact the dealer from which you bought your sofa and they will assist you.

Be aware that cushion covers on Cubed will always be smaller than the inner cushion.

We provide the option of prolonging a product’s life cycle by offering detachable covers.

Detachable covers make a sofa bed easy to maintain. Covers can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius, and can be replaced if they are worn out, or if you want to freshen up your sofa.

Detachable covers are available for the following sofa beds:
Aslak, Balder, Colpus, Conlix, Fraction, Idun, Junus, Ronia, Merga, Mimer, Minimum, Narvi, Newilla, Newilla Lounger, Pascala, Puri, Rollo, Trym and Yonata.

It is not possible to purchase new covers for other sofa beds.

On the Recast Plus, Frode, Osvald, Walis and Long Horn sofa beds it is possible to buy armrests as a separate add on.

Other models are available as versions with and without armrest. By ordering a new frame and armrests it is possible to convert a sofa bed originally bought without armrests to a version with armrests. This applies to the following models:

Ample, Splitback, Dublexo, Cubed, Ramone, Trym, Bragi and Supremax.

Please be aware that color differences on the fabrics may appear between the seat/back and the new armrests.

If you are interested in adding armrests to your sofa bed, we kindly ask you to contact your local dealer for options.
