New Media Days 2010

Once a year the Danish media business gets together to get inspired, learn about new opportunities and discuss different perspectives related to the use and development of new media. Also this year 800 participants gathered for two days of conference and mingling; this time the event was held in Carlsberg's former production facilities in Copenhagen.
As always, Innovation sponsored a lounge area. This time there were actually two beanbag lounges, which were widely used for networking and relaxing. The lounge was a mixture of different beanbags combined with Leaf tables. The idea was to make a flexible lounge with lots of small unities that the conference guests could move around and reorganise according to their needs. The concept turned out to be a great success and will be repeated in a smaller scale at TEDxCopenhagen next week. Click to see more pictures.
CIFF Furniture Fair in Guangzhou

Last week our Asian collegues presented a preview of the upcoming Bohemian collection at the Home Furniture Fair in Guangzhou. The booth was very busy and the new look was popular among the many visitors from China and the rest of the world.
The new collection has more colourful textiles and detachable covers, which suits the style and needs of the Asian consumers. Like in Cologne and Stockholm, chief designer Per Weiss had created a natural looking booth with pure materials like pinewood, rice paper and hessian. Click read more to see more pictures.
